Our 30-Day Easy & Hassle Free Return/Exchange Policy

Judaica Unlimited cares about your satisfaction - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, you may return it to Judaica Unlimited, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

In order to expedite and process your return efficiently, before returning any merchandise contact Judaica Unlimited to receive a RMA. An RMA can be obtained by sending an email to support@JudaicaUnlimited.com. An RMA ensures that the return will be credited properly to your order.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Claims for missing and items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition with original unaltered packaging, manuals and accessories.
  • Seasonal and holiday items are refundable thought that season/holiday.
  • Clearance items and items that were personalized or customized are non-refundable.
  • Personalized/customized items which were received with an error on our part, will be replaced without any additional charge.

Shipping

Judaica Unlimited will refund merchandise, shipping costs, if applicable, as well as return shipping, if item is retuned due to an error on Judaica Unlimited end. However, if returns are made for any other reason customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items we will inspect it and determine if conditions are met. A refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

If conditions are not met, Judaica Unlimited reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

Judaica Unlimited is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
